OnRamp Personal Training
Those who are new to CrossFit complete three Personal training sessions with one of our experienced Trainers. These sessions introduce new athletes to the basic movements including:
- squat (back, overhead, and front)
- deadlift
- hang power clean
- hang power snatch
- presses
- bodyweight movements
What should I bring to the On Ramp?
The only thing you really need to bring to the On Ramp is you, excited and ready to workout.
- Comfortable Shoes
- Bottle of Water
- Gloves (if you wear them)
