OnRamp

is our introductory class for new members!

OnRamp Personal Training


​Those who are new to CrossFit complete three Personal training sessions with one of our experienced Trainers. These sessions introduce new athletes to the basic movements including:
  • squat (back, overhead, and front)
  • deadlift
  • hang power clean
  • hang power snatch
  • presses
  • bodyweight movements
The emphasis of these sessions are technique and introducing the nature of our training methodology. These sessions will allow you to integrate EASILY and SAFELY into our regular classes.

What should I bring to the On Ramp?

The only thing you really need to bring to the On Ramp is you, excited and ready to workout.   
  • Comfortable Shoes
  • Bottle of Water ​
  • Gloves (if you wear them)
